CONSIGNMENT

We now offer Consignment of Furniture at Family THRIFT Shop LLC.
FURNITURE CONSIGNMENT​How Do I Consign?   Furniture Consignments are accepted by appointment only.Please examine all Furniture prior to bringing them in to ensure they are clean; stain & odor free.  Remove cobwebs, have no damage or fading and in excellent selling condition. Items must be 100% owned by you giving you full authority to consign the item(s).What Do We Accept? Furniture ONLY How Do I Get Items to the Shop?   You are responsible for bringing in your items to sale AND responsible for pickup after 90 days if not sold.   Basic Consignment Policy:  Items that we accept will be on the floor for 90 days. At the end of the 90 day period, items not picked up will be donated. We do not contact you or store the items for you.  We are NOT responsible for theft or damage during consignment.  A one-time non-refundable set-up fee of $10.00 is due from all new first-time consignor accounts.  Up to Three (3) furniture items may be consigned each consignment date.Who Sets the Price?  The pricing of merchandise is established by YOU!​ Each 30-60 and final 90 days.  The Shop will conduct the markdowns based upon the prices & scheduled dates in the contract.Payout/Split:  Consignment split is 60/40 – (60% paid to consignor and 40% + tax collected is kept by Family THRIFT Shop LLC). Consignment check can be picked up on the 1st or 15th of the month FOLLOWING the sale of each item.  Example:  If item(s) sold on the 3rd of the month, payment will be made on the 15th of the month)   NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right not to accept items OR Cancel a consignment at any time due to failure to adhere/meet Contractual Agreement.
